Besides the very quick response time and cooperation, I've never received an answering machine when I call; I've always reached someone live and I do not hold for more than 30 seconds. Also, they do our 1099's efficiently, they also will call me if they notice something out of the ordinary (perhaps a mistake in PTO time, etc.).
